1. Manual color change steps for quick disassemble spray booth

 

First step, after the spray gun stops spraying, first clean the spray chamber, then use the cylinder to lift the air chamber cover.  

 

Second step, remove the powder tube and clean the remaining powder in the tube, then remove the recovery box and the powder cartridge. 

 

Third step, restore the recovery box and the powder barrel after replacement. 

 

2. Manual color change steps for ordinary spray booth

 

First step, after the spray gun stops spraying, first clean the spray chamber.  

 

Second step, remove the powder tube, clean the remaining powder in the tube, clean the powder in the powder barrel and clean the powder pump. 

 

Third step, remove the hand wheel and filter from the inside of the spray chamber. 

 

Fourth step, restore after replacing the filter.
