Can the compressed air be controlled by pneumatic pump accurately? To which kind of range?

1. As far as we know, the pressure and the fluent of the pump will have effect on the ion quantity, and finally will have effect on the powder coating surface quality.

Simply using pneumatic pump is difficult to realize the steady and fluent output of the air, in general, the compressed air our powder coating line using between 0.6-0.8MPa, so about the controlling of the steady of the air, we adopts big air tank to realize it.

What is more, when coating, the density of the powder, the speed of the powder and the nozzle of the powder coating will also have effect on the electrification.
