The spraying process places very high demands on the environment. In addition to a certain temperature and humidity, clean air flowing at a certain speed is also required. This flowing air is the necessary material basis for achieving the ambient temperature and humidity and interacts with each other in a way that is indispensable.
Wind speed control is achieved by the following components: wind speed sensor, PLC, frequency converter, fan. The wind speed sensor converts the current wind speed into an electrical signal and sends it to the PLC, which, after a certain control algorithm, controls the working frequency of the frequency converter and adjusts the speed of the fan to change the air volume and thus the wind speed. The air speed is then set in the parameter table of the PLC control system.
