Engineering application characteristics of spraying line

涂装流水线设备适用于工件表面的喷漆、喷塑处理，多用于单件或小批量工件的涂装作业，配合悬挂输送机、电轨小车、地面输送机等运送机械形成运输作业。

The spraying line equipment is suitable for painting and powder coating treatment on the surface of the workpiece. It is used for the spraying work of single piece or small batch work piece, and the transportation operation is formed with the conveyors such as hanging conveyor, electric rail trolley, ground conveyor and so on.

工程工艺布置：

Engineering process layout:

1、喷塑线：上输送链——喷塑——烘干（10min、180℃-220℃）——冷却——下件

1, powder coating line: upper conveyor chain -- spray drying -- drying (10min, 180℃ -220 ℃) -- cooling -- uploading .

2、喷漆线：上输送链——静电除尘——底漆——流平——面漆——流平——烘干（30min、80℃）——冷却——下件

2, spray painting line: the upper conveyor chain -- electrostatic precipitator -- primer -- leveling -- topcoat -- leveling -- drying (30min, 80℃) -- cooling --uploading.

油漆喷涂主要有油淋式喷漆室、水帘式喷漆室，广泛运用于自行车、汽车钢板弹簧、大型装载机的表面涂装。

Paint spraying mainly includes oil spray booth and water curtain spray booth, which is widely used for surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs and large loaders.
