Adjust suitable electrostatic voltage

一般情况在50KV-60KV即可，大粉量远距离喷涂的电压可为60KV-80KV之间（不宜过度）复喷和静电屏蔽比较严重时应使用低电压，一般在30KV-50KV之间。

喷涂距离

正常情况下应是100-300mm之间。在实际生产过程中，应根据被喷工件形状，工艺随时调整喷涂距离。

喷粉量

喷粉量一般根据被喷工件的工艺要求及形状而定。在喷箱体里面时应特别注意粉量适当，不宜过大，否则下面会产生堆积。

喷角落及沟槽

A.喷涂时先喷角及沟槽，然后喷其他部位。
