适当的增加涂膜的厚度，能有效减少颗粒的形成，涂膜也不应太厚，一般太厚影响被涂工件的尺寸，在冲击、柔韧性、附着力等性能下降，一般涂膜的厚度控制在60-80um为正常。

  a：粉房中的喷枪的数目和排列方式；

A: the number and arrangement of the spray guns in the powder coating booth.

  b：喷枪的出粉量和空气压力（出粉、雾化、流化参数）；

B: the amount of powder and air pressure (powder, atomization, fluidization parameter) of the powder coating gun.

  c：传送链的运转速度，即链速；

C: the speed of conveyor chain, that is, powder coating conveyor chain speed;

  d：被涂工件的悬挂方式和排列。
