The production of powder coating spraying room is a key process in the spraying production process. The key to the surface quality of spraying profiles lies in the control of various process parameters in the spraying process. The amount of powder and automized air are two key technical indicators. Before spraying powder formally, it can be sprayed several times. At this time, the size of powder and the uniformity of powder distribution can be observed at both ends of the spraying room. At this point, the powder moves along a straight line from the end of the spray gun and exists in the form of atomized powder in the outer part. The powder adsorbed on the surface of the profile is actually the powder with this atomization effect. Whether there is such atomization effect or not is the standard to control the distance between the spray gun and the profile. In addition to process parameters, some necessary minor points should also be noted.
(1) the position of the spray gun
The spray gun should keep a certain tilt and deviate from the direction of profile operation. The spray gun should be vertical and parallel in arrangement. The end part should be kept in a straight line. There should be no overlap between the spray guns.
(2) control of fluidization pressure
The role of fluidized bed is to use the role of air flow, so that the powder to form a proper fluidized state, feel similar to the state of liquid flow, fluidized to detect the full state, the simplest operation is: stirring powder with hands or sticks, do not feel the presence of resistance. Fluidization is convenient for powder inhalation duct. Under the action of accelerated wind, it produces atomization effect. Insufficient pressure or excessive pressure will cause insufficient fluidization.
(3) recovery and reuse of powder
The powder adsorbed on the surface of profiles only accounts for about 1/3 of the powder output of all spraying guns. There are more powder scattered in the spraying room. The recycled powder must be mixed with the new powder in proper proportion. The effect is better. Therefore, the powder should be recycled and reused in time.
