Powder coating roomand fast automatic color change is the important parts of the whole powder coating line.Usually, the material of the powder coating room is PP or PVC,and the PP is better then the PVC,for its smooth surface.outside the powder coating booth there is a reciprocator which bears the powder coating guns.And then next to the spraying room is a single recovery unit with filter elements inside.

There is a powder supply bucket next to the single powder recovery unit.A tube connected the reciprocator and the powder supply bucket,pump the powder through the tube to the spray gun.

There will be an electronic control device next to the powder coating room which can control the powder amount of the spray gun and the speed of the reciprocator.

Big cyclone is used to recovery the powder that did not spray on the workpiece within 15 minutes.
