Among the powder sprayed by the powder coating gun, a part of powders that are not adsorbed on the workpiece will follow the exhaust blower airflow into the big cyclone. In the separator, the particles of the larger powders are separated and falling on the vibrating screen. After the vibration motor vibrates the screen, the powder after the removal of the impurity return to the recovery powder bucket and under the function of the powder pump through powder transmission tube back to the powder box to be reused. It effectively reduces the waste of the powder.

The powder which is not separated in the large cyclone will be inhaled into the second recovery , and the filter element in the second recovery separates the remaining powder from the air, and the air after the purification is discharged into the workshop.

The filter element should be cleaned once by rotating wing with compressed air every other time, and the powder will be blown into the powder collecting bucket.
