 What is Powder Coating/Powder Spraying ?

  Powder Spraying is to use Powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying molding machine) to spray powder on the surface of the workpieces /metal products .

  Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly absorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form powder coating.

  The powder coating is baked and solidified at high temperature to form the final coating of various effects (different effects of powder coatings).

   The spraying effect of powder spraying is better than that of spraying process in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the cost is also       under the same effect.
